Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required for all students and staff participating in high-risk Public Schools Athletic League (PSAL) sports during the 2021–22 school year.  
This vaccination requirement applies to all participants in high-risk. This information must be reported by impacted students or their parents/guardians, and staff, using the COVID-19 Vaccination Portal. As a reminder, students or their parents must use the student’s DOE credentials to upload their vaccination information to the portal.
